A Tale of Two Kitties and their Cat Wall System
CatsPlay customer Catherine C. sent us this series of great photos of her cats, Kismet and Pixel, exploring and enjoying their new cat wall climbing system, made up of components from the Vertical Cat at CatsPlay.com. Catherine's comments along with each photo tell a great story, so we thought we'd share them!
Catherine said,
"I’ll send you multiple pictures to choose from. The wall components were installed yesterday (8/24), and the cats knew immediately it was meant for them. Within minutes, Kismet (top) and Pixel (checking out his sister from below) were racing across the wall. "
"The race continues with Kismet in the lead. The Alexa cat tree on the left serves as their starting point from the ground, while the stairs provide easy access to the single or double shelves. Of course, the box is the center point and the cats’ favorite, whether they are inside resting, playing peek-a-boo, running across or just sleeping on the top. "
"Pixel wins coveted control of the box while Kismet takes some “me” time. "
"Pixel (left) and Kismet decide to share the double shelf. One reason I chose to go with Cats Play instead of a DIY or any other system was the weight capacity: Pixel is a hefty 18+ pounds, and Kismet is 12. I appreciate the sturdy craftsmanship! "
"The first morning of the cat wall, I awoke to find the “kids” asleep on their new space. Kismet on the left and Pixel on the right."
"I have only two problems with my wall components: the cats expect the system to continue around the room and into the rest of the house; and the dogs want to know what I’m going to be getting for them. "
Thanks for sharing these photos, Catherine!
