After having recently purchased an elevated cat bed from Overstock.com, which was entirely unsatisfactory, due to sub-par material used, and closer to a rip-off (never used) I resumed searching for a replacement to our worn out bed (6+ years old). When I found Catsplay, I emailed them inquiring about quality of materials used. I received a prompt response, and decided to order it based upon the response, and willingness to customize it slightly. The bed arrived last week, and I was completely satisfied with the product. In fact, the quality and thickness of the carpet used surpassed my expectations.
