This is a wonderful perch! Very well made and it was delivered quickly! This is the 5 th perch of this type that I have bought. This latest one is for my daughter who adopted to kittens who turned into really big boy cats! Fits both of these big boys well! Great purchase and great company!

We rescued a cat last fall and he's grown to be quite large (14lbs and still growing) and has had this little hand-me-down condo to lay on and it just wasn't large enough for him, so I was looking and looking for something that wasn't a super tall condo, but that had a large bed area on top. As it goes, we just adopted another kitten so he has a friend to grow up with and when I saw this condo, it was perfect, because with the 2nd layer, they could both sleep on it. Then, the bonus is the hidden room on the bottom that they can both comfortably sleep in if they want. I LOVE that this piece came completely assembled. Just take it out of the box and enjoy. The other awesome thing is that the height is exactly the height of my desk in my office, so sits right next to me in the day and then we scoot it into the room they sleep in at night. It's a kitty condo we'll have for many years. Thank you, we all love it so much!

Lucky Leo loves his big cat condo and he deserves it since he was a street cat for 8 yrs. The condo is solid, sturdy, EXCELLENT quality and has real carpeting to scratch and shred. This is my 2nd purchase of cat furniture since I have 3 cats and CatsPlay has the best selection for larger cats.
